Metro Office Park

Metro Office Park is a suburban office campus with seven buildings and underground parking ramps. Archimea has an ongoing owner/ management relationship since 1992, maintaining as-built documentation, planning the remodel of all public spaces, and providing the design for various tenant improvement projects. We developed the Master Plan for the renovation of the Park in 2014, which included the redesign of the existing and addition of new exterior signage. Each year, one building lobby undergoes reconstruction in conjunction with other public spaces and tenant amenities.
