Mediterra Restaurant
Jennifer worked with the owner of Mediterra to create a Mediterranean feeling for the new Lunch mid-day quick restaurant location much like sweet green or chipotle making use of an open ground floor corner the Fort Road Medical Center Building off of 7th Street West and Sherman Street in St. Paul.
This project included design and build documents, field measurements, finishes and furniture needed to execute the design as well as working with mutable vendors to get the project completed.
